Services Offered

The Italianity Project provides online Italian language teaching, conversation practice, group lessons, and downloadable study materials.

Student Responsibilities & Technical Setup

Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a functional webcam, and a working microphone prior to each session.
Technical failures or connectivity issues on the student’s end do not qualify for a refund or makeup lesson.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon invoice receipt before class access is granted.

Intellectual Property

All content created and provided by The Italianity Project—including course structures, slides, exercise sheets, audio recordings, and graphics—is owned exclusively by Eleonora Caffulli. Materials are provided solely for your personal educational use and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or resold without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate lessons or cancel accounts without a refund in the event of inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
