Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online Italian language lessons, class packages, and digital materials purchased through The Italianity Project at https://www.theitalianityproject.com/.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Window

24-Hour Notice Required: Individual lessons may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the lesson being forfeited and charged in full.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Tardiness: If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
No-Shows: If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson is marked as a no-show, canceled, and non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Classes & Packages

Single Completed Lessons: Completed lessons are non-refundable.
Lesson Packages: Unused lessons within a package may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been redeemed. Once package sessions have begun, unused class credits are non-refundable but remain valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Group Classes: Group class bookings are fixed. Missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.

Digital Downloads & Educational Resources

All sales of downloadable digital materials (such as PDFs, worksheets, or pre-recorded guides) are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Cancellations by the Instructor

If The Italianity Project must cancel a class due to illness, emergency, or technical issues, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time or fully refunded.
